30 days workout challenge

30 Days workout Challenge.
For the first week run/workout at least 4 times a week
The second week at least 6 times a week.
The third week, everyday.
The fourth week. twice a day!




no starbucks, no alcohol, no ice cream, no chips, no junk food, no sugar, no soft drinks no chocolates, no cakes, biscuits, muffins, scones, sweets, lollies....Well you get my point lah.


the only think that you're allowed are fruits, veges, lean protein like chicken, fish, beef. NO POK! and kisses, as much as you want.


the last one, im not saying that you should, but if you do this it will be good for you if you only have carbohydrates from breakfast till lunch. beyond that no carbs at all.
